Wellington on a Plate Event - Food Truck Rally at the Dowse Square Lower Hutt.  Wellington’s iconic food truck operators in a mid-winter food truck carnival.  Bit on the chilly side, hence the beanies and shawls, but we enjoyed providing the background music at this family event.
